Thank you for your patronage throughout the past 25 years. Thanks to you, we have grown from a company servicing 12 clients, to currently serving over 200 including several small to medium size businesses. With our service being passed through referral only, we thank you for your on going support.
At Redline Technology we are committed to providing you with the best customer service possible. In order to do this successfully we are changing our policy for the New Year. Instead of providing onsite service calls for homes, we are now offering a pickup and drop off service. The reason for the switch is to service all of our customers as quickly as possible. In-house calls take a lot of time which was backlogging our schedule for weeks. With our new service policy we will be able to service several computers at a time, making our time much more productive.
Our main goal is to still offer better prices than any other repair shop in the area. That is why our new service policy is one flat rate. This means no matter what is wrong with your system the cost for repair is always the same. More information can be found in the pricing section of our page.

Pricing
Due to higher demands and a growing market our business plan has changed in order to provide you with the best quality and customer service. We are no longer providing standard in home service. Instead, we are now offering pickup and delivery services.
Our new pick up and drop off policy is now one flat rate, no matter how bad your system is! There will never be an increase in that rate for any reason. For pick up services please have the PC disconnected from all cables, unless told otherwise. The drop off service includes reconnection of the PC.
Our onsite service rate is still offered but with different pricing. There is now a minimum one hour charge with pricing rounding to the half hour afterwards. Onsite calls will be made after 5pm on weekdays and on weekends.
Pricing below pertains to homes and business with two independent PCs or less. For pricing regarding School, Business, or Homes with three or more PCs please contact us.
Onsite Diagnosis & Repair
HOURLY RATE: $125.00
Includes both diagnosis and repair. Parts additional if required. Time rounded to the half hour after the first hour.

FLAT RATE: $100.00
